Absolutely! I photograph grads all over the Triangle and beyond—including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Wilmington, and more. I love driving all over North Carolina. Little road trips are my favorite, so if you’ve got a special spot in mind, I’m there.

Do you travel for Senior & Graduation Photography?

Yes, 1000%. Most of my clients say this before their session, and then leave feeling like naturals. I’ll guide you every step (from “where do I put my hands?” to “should my hair be in front or back?”) so you always feel confident you look amazing.

I’m awkward in front of the camera. Will you help me pose?

I believe in quality over quantity. After your shoot, I’ll send you the proofs so you can pick your favorites, and then I’ll edit those to perfection. Every photo you get back will be polished, professional, and ready to share.

How many images do we get?

If our photoshoot is taking place outdoors, we’ll keep an eye on the forecast. If it’s not giving golden-hour glow (hello, rain), we’ll reschedule or adjust as needed. 

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Oh, superrrrr creative. I’ve grads do photoshoots with their car, with their horse, with their lacrosse stick… and on the beach, on campus, in a field of sunflowers… because who says you can’t?

How creative can we get?

Yes! We can do one “standard” grad location on campus and another in a more “you” place of your choice (like the beach, or the woods, or wherever you feel like you!).

Can I have more than one location?

Tbh, I often book 6-12 months in advance, so definitely reach out by December if you’re graduating in May. But I do sometimes have last-minute slots, so you might get lucky! The turnaround time for getting images is about 4 weeks from your photoshoot so keep that in mind when choosing a photoshoot date if you want to send out announcements. I offer expedited turnaround time for an extra fee if you need your images back asap. Spring in the Triangle is the busiest time for graduation photos, especially around NC State, UNC, and Duke.

How far in advance do I need to book my senior or grad session?

Absolutely! Whether you’re graduating from NC State, UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke, or a local high school like Cary High or Leesville Road, I love working with both seniors and college grads. Each milestone deserves photos that feel personal and exciting.

Do you photograph both high school seniors and college grads?

Yes! Best friends or siblings make for amazing photos (and help you relax in front of the camera). We can split time between solo shots and group photos—perfect for announcements or just to celebrate together.

Can friends or siblings join my Grad Photography session?

Definitely. I have go-to spots with gorgeous light and scenery: NC State’s campus, Duke Gardens, Downtown Durham murals, Historic Oakwood, or hidden parks in Cary. If you have a sentimental location, we can make it happen too.
